Q: Are you manufacturer or trader?
A:We are manufacturer. Sincerely welcome to visit our company. And we can have a video conference first if you are convenient.
Q: What're your main products?
A: We currently supply planetary gearbox, harmonic gearbox, steering gearbox, RV cycloidal pin-wheel gearbox, worm gearbox, servo motor and stepper motor, electric cylinder and slide, coupling,etc. E-catalog is ready for you if you are interested.
Q: How to select a suitable gearbox?
A: Please show us your motor details or drawings. And also please advise working condition, load, output torque, output speed or reduction ratio, backlash, etc. Then we will recommend the suitable model. If you are unable to show all of above parameters, please contact us, then we will guide you step by step.
Q: Can I get the 3D and 2D drawings?
A: Sure, we have the standard drawings. Also the input size of gearbox can be customized according to different motors.
Q: Do you have an individual design service ?
A: Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold developing cost and design charge.
Q: What's your lead time?
A:Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard product, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
